We love to have fun, but we also refuse to be outworked by anyone. If you have fun working, working hard just means more fun. It’s amazing how often we work with companies from out of town who comment on just how much fun they have working with us; and they usually say it with a sense of surprise–as if they weren’t expecting to do so. I try not to judge someone by their worst moment–and anyone can have a bad day–but working with a team of dedicated creatives who relish a challenge rather than retreating is refreshing and energizing, and our clients quickly come to realize and appreciate how much smoother things run when everyone is loose (but still on point!).
